Increase the filesize limit for avatar and signature images
Pretty simple suggestion. We've had the same file restrictions for how long now? Considering how the average computer and internet speed has improved over the years, I think, for example, 50kb avatars wouldn't be the end of the world. Oh, and maybe add an option for something along the lines of 'som...

Re: Terraria.
As someone who's actually played it, I must say there is a lot more to this game than Minecraft. I couldn't play Minecraft for extended periods of time because all there was to do was mine until you got diamond equipment, and then build stuff. This game has bosses, invasions, treasure, dungeons, all...

Re: Mystic Moonsoul's Tarot Reading Service
Thank you again for the reading, Moonsoul. Honestly, that one went right over my head.. But it's mostly my fault-- I didn't realize it was based on a nightmare I've HAD. My memory when it comes to dreams is beyond awful, until about a year ago I would have sworn that I never have dreams because I've...

Re: i want you guys to be 100% honest
From a logical standpoint I'd say yeah. People back in the day would get married at early ages like 17 because their path was already decided by then. They were probably as educated as they were going to get in their lifetime, and already had a career in mind. (Whether it was working in a family far...

Re: Scientology versus Anonymous
Who me? Absolutely not. I'm a Determinist Agnostic. And Pika, as you can see, those are all from 2008. (Unless I'm mistaken.) Anonymous's activities have decreased significantly in the last 2 years.

Re: Scientology versus Anonymous
My bad, I jumped to conclusions I suppose. I haven't heard of Anon gathering in numbers greater than 50 people for something in years though. Judging from the state a certain board has been in, the new generations of Anon isn't nearly as ballsy as the ones of the past. Edit, I like the publisher of ...

Re: Scientology versus Anonymous
If things came to a head, then Scientology would win. It's well-established to the point of having plenty of resources and active members. (Who would actually go out and DO something if necessary.) Whilst Anonymous is a mass of internet tuff-guys performing low-level trolls in large numbers, most of...

Re: Mystic Moonsoul's Tarot Reading Service
Thank you, Moony. That was another great reading. My only trouble is I'm unsure what the context is of it all... In any case, it's always a great medium for self-insight. The part about passion struck pretty deep, too.. Though 'it could be a cool experience' was kinda anti-climactic. :P I do enjoy t...

Yeah, you probably haven't heard about G20 because it's in Canada, but check this video out. Them Canadians have a silly way of enforcing the law!

Re: So, how 'bout that Oil Spill?
From what I read, the explosion was caused by too much pressure from the natural gases down there with the oil they were drilling into. In fact, natural gas in oil pockets is apparently very common, and it's standard procedure for them to clear the pressure periodically in order to keep this exact a...

Re: So, how 'bout that Oil Spill?
Indeed it is, but almost all our economies are interdependent, you know that right? If, for example, we have to evacuate 20 million people from the gulf and fall into a depression because of it, majority of the world will feel it too. Americans weren't the only ones suffering during the Great Depres...

Re: So, how 'bout that Oil Spill?
I'd think so, there are large amounts of chemicals deadly to humans and just about any other life forms getting into the air. Hell, there are several cases of the cleanup workers being hospitalized just from breathing it.

In fact, they had contingency plans for this exact problem, but they were half-assed and didn't work in the ocean, and so here we are.

The type of Crude Oil that is spewing into the ocean right now DOES evaporate. It also contains several toxic compounds which are deadly to pretty much any form of life.

So, how 'bout that Oil Spill?
Heya CI, just giving you a neat new update on the Oil situation, at least what I've dug up online. So, I'll start simple: The estimated early figures of 1,000 ~ 10,000 barrels of oil each day are looking like a load of crap. Numbers keep climbing, and apparently BP has documents suggesting that over...

Re: Legendaires are officially common
Banning Ubers has nothing to do with them being Legendary. (Garchomp is an Uber, for example.) It's about them being overpowered compared to other pokemon, statistics-wise. Arceus, for example, has a base of 120 in every single stat. Even a powerful pokemon like Alakazam only has 1 stat over 120 and...

Sell it... But for the love of god, not to Gamestop. They'll give you 10 bucks for it + your game collection, and then make you use it on THEIR overpriced games. Sell them to a friend or someone for cash.

Microsoft conference was terrible. Literally the only exclusives they had to show were Halo: Reach and Gears, not counting Kinect because it's pretty bad. Sony was unexciting as usual, but they at least had some games to show Nintendo had the best conference, 3DS really stole the show. Wii games wer...
