They're using SA2B, and for all we know might not have SADX or even a GBA or even a link cable.

The easiest way is to get Sonic Advance, Sonic Advance 2, Sonic Pinball Party, or the Sonic Advance/Sonic Pinball Party 2 Pack for your GBA/GBA SP. Then, as you get rings, you should get the option of an egg that IS NOT a normal chao egg. That is a jewel/metallic chao. IF you don't have one of those...

To obtain a transparent(or invisible) or a translucent(or ghost) chao, you must breed a Jewel/Metallic Chao (Silver, Gold, Ect.) with a Shiny Chao.

It might take a couple tries, and the result won't always be the same. You might have to crack the egg open for it to come out right.

There was also a chao I wish I took pictures of, because it was totally strange. I hatched it on a Tiny Chao Garden, and somehow it ended up with a Level 2 Swim, but the four digit part was (9999). TransPARent is where you can see right through it completely. More commonly called invisible.

TransLUCent if faded out. Like a ghost or a watermark.
