Because it is psychological. They won't talk to you while you're posting. That's what the chatbox is for.
They won't do so unless asked a question by you about something, and not everyone is interested in the same things you are.

I don't respond to alot of topics, cos I don't like responding without reading all the comments, and I'm a slow reader so I don't comment to many things. And I try to comment on all your things (Plus on some things like stories or RPs I don't have enough time to do/read, so I generaly stay away from those)

Dun quit Pikachu, I reply to you all the time when I see your posts and topics in the art and stories forum! We'll miss you! And then we will all have the worst holiday seson ever because you quit! And you have the chaos chao rank, so it'd be silly of you to quit now! And, if you leave, I'LL LEAVE! Ok, well I wont't realy leave but, you get the point... No one wants you to leave, no one would benifit from it, and we need nice poeple like you to help others. Weather it be by means of a kind comment on someones thread that no one wants to reply to, or helping someone make that chaos chao they have always wanted, every little deed is a contribution....

I have an idea, how about you take a break over the hollidays? You know, to give yourself time to think about it? When I get tired of something and feel the need to quit, I take a break to think about it and I always make a better decision afterwards.

But please, make the better decision, dun diss all of the friends you have made here, that would make us sad.
