I rewatched The Fox and The Hound last night. Every frame of Vixey is just perfect. She is too pure for this world. Image

Okay that ****** tears it, I'm getting sick and tired of your primadonna behavior. Despite all the reports I've made specifically against you to hopefully, maybe, have a mod show up and tell you what an inciteful agitator you are would possibly get you to at the very least maybe, possibly, hopefully and ideally. Get you to understand that the amount of vitriol and spite you emanate out of every single word you post is not a good thing.

Seriously, the kind of behavior you display is the exact kind I imagine you hate. I imagine you're the kind of person to laugh at someone spewing hateful messages from the comfort of their own computer desk, how are you any different.

And for the record, I'm actually engaged you wannabe Lilin.

what in the world

were you expecting serious commentary about that image or

___

anyway, actually on topic, i've gotta actually watch Castlevania. also i still want a dc animation set after the silver age ancient 80s bs boys seem to be stuck on. like marvel legacy is an example of fans with terrible taste and it's no wonder their animation is basically irrelevant; because even ultimate eventually pandered to 40 year old nerds and there's really been nothing great from them since x-23 being wolverine and amadeus cho hulk. but anyway this primadonna lilin whatever wants things

i kinda want some animated adaptation of death of the family or endgame; i'll even take the new 52 zero year adapted into a series that at least covers a kinda Rebirth version of the main justice league's adventures. something. i want it also because batwoman with batman is always fave and that's a partnership right now

I'm a loser who is watching old dubbed anime because my fascination is with how animation can be repurposed or poorly adapted to other cultures.

Also sometimes I just like older animation, because sometimes the limited nature is cool and there can be really impressive pieces from way too far back.

And I'm here to stir the pot.

I'm not gonna interject into your disputes with Lamby, but I can't imagine any moderators deciding to personally avenge you. All they should do, at best, is remove irrelevant spiteful conversation. But that only works in Ye Old Days of CI, where we could expect Blade at any second to remove the slightest bit of spam. This is a new era. New expectations, unfortunately.

And for all we know, the moderators don't hold you in high regard. Aside from your ongoing history, your recent history is filled with you just making image posts to the forum. Like you're not a card carrying pillar of peace. You can't even sit still long enough to consider whether or not a response is targeted or just a joke response to another joke post. You are eager to make things personal even when they're not.

I don't know if you wanted to be a wannabe Kaworu Nagisa, or just make a sexist jab at Lamby, but being equally rude back isn't how you be the big man. It's how you encourage new nicknames.

"You're not a card carrying pillar of peace"

Wanna know something? They don't do a single thing now, so why should I expect anything now or later anymore? Why should I take you seriously if you only ever show up anymore if it's a situation like this. Do you see yourself a mediator? Because I'm sure the only people who do are anyone who hasn't heard you directly address them like you do me.

And better said, if it can be assumed by you that the mods will pick and choose who to take seriously. Then they're even more of a joke than Mooncow's activity.

What do I want? Really, what could I possibly want from someone who happily berates me this badly, finds plenty of excuses to insult me, while I look at someone insist I should be the bigger person. Being the bigger person only works if there's someone else I can say "this isn't for me to bother with." Outside of that, if you really expect someone to deal with this kind of speech out of someone else for this long, your curly locks must be squeezing your brain too tightly.

@Lamby

I'd expect jokes about getting sex out of 13 year olds on the xbox, but the way you want to present yourself once again is far from how you actually are.

You made one. I didn't feel like it was heinous enough to warrant anything be done to it.

Apologies.

Well I imagine if I called someone else mentally unbalanced or deranged that would be seen as a pretty bad thing.

It's almost like the best thing to do is lie about the amount of reports I made just so it can be brought to light that the only one made really was ignored.

I left the report open in case someone else disagreed with me. Nobody acted upon it though, so I assumed I was correct.

Again, apologies but it didn't feel heinous enough to warrant a warning or a talking to. If you feel like something isn't being done about your reports, you're always free to PM a moderator.

i was joking on your reaction image, not making character assassinations. your relevance to it ended at posting it. i think you're being maybe a little paranoid. anyway, enough topic disruption on my part because i think i'm being pretty clear?? also people want more cartoons

Relevant to animation and such, I might wanna try to possibly someday work in character design, so I'd like to bring up a certain topic: At what point does recurring facial/body stucture go from having a set art style to sameface/samebody, and when and how much is the latter tolerable?

A lot of artists say to note the silhouette, and personally I think that's important advice. As for the face, it's certainly a matter of stylization(?), but the characters' faces shouldn't be carbon copies, right?

Doesn't mean I'm not guilty myself, but it's something I'd like to work on, definitely.

And I know some TV series and stuff that don't have much variation in design still end up being solidly good shows. But I think it's always a plus if it's present.

Sameface is generally something you can avoid by properly molding a character's facial expression to their personality. Using this as an example, the personality screams out of both character's through their facial expressions and body movement. Keep that in mind, and you should mostly avoid the legitimate criticisms that sameface has.

On the subject of sameface, it's a lot more common than people realize.

On a personal level I tend to ignore it unless things are really lazy. If you land it big and established, you can usually wind up getting away with a lot more things like sameface versus if you're small/starting.

oh one last thing, what the **** were they thinking when they made the dragon maid dub. it's stupid beyond all belief, in fact let me avoid mentioning what it's doing and say what it reminds me of.

it's the modern day one piece dubbing, it's the same kind of people who decided onigiri need to be called jelly donuts, funimation is a joke and a laughing stock to me and anyone else who has half a brain to call this unfaithful garbage dubbing exactly what it is.

I just don't like it when someone says only the dub of a show is bad when it doesn't change the fact eggman literally shuffled a deck of cards for his master plan of the day
