Rhythm Heaven is a series of games which include minigames which can range from short to long which test your sense of rhythm. Most of these rhythm games can be done completely without vision.
Rhythm Tengoku - Japan Only, August 2006
Rhythm Heaven - Japan Release : July 2008 USA Release: April 2009
Rhythm Heaven Fever - JP Release : July 2011 USA Release: Februrary 2012
Rhythm Heaven Megamix - JP Release : June 2015 USA Release : June 2016
Of course, being a series of games about rhythm, it has PHENOMENAL music.
It's also pretty difficult to perfect, even just get a high ranking on some of the minigames.
Have any of you guys played these games? Did you like them?

Who needs that when you've got,
?
But my favorite rhythm game aside, I've never played these before. I'm a tad interested though.

I actually only recently bought it and got to play it some when I saw it at Wal-Mart for super cheap. I love it, but it's incredibly difficult (or at least harder than it looks). I made it to the monkey watch and just lost it.

Re: Rhythm Heaven
Been a big fan of this game since I played it in 2009. Simple, fun, challenging, brilliant. It's honestly the perfect example of a "game" you can get. Everyone should play it just because of how incredible it is. I finished the Wii version in 2014 and recently got Megamix so I'll be going through that when I finish Pokemon Sun.
Massive shame how it became well known due to that remix 10 flash that's been going around for a while. It really hurts the game and the opinion you can have of it, when you think of, well "that" when you play it.
Some of my favourite tunes in Rhythm Heaven and Fever are these for sure.
Built to Scale 2
Lockstep 2
Rythmn Rally 2
Monkey Watch
Air Rally
Ringside
And a lot of others.
If you love Rhythm Games like I do, you should give Gitaroo Man a try, interesting premise, weird gameplay and great music.
Monkey Watch is ez, just like Lockstep. You gotta hit the off beat for the fast claps.

Rhythm Thief is an amazing game, so good taste for you. However Rhythm Heaven is just as good. It's just the Rhythm minigames from that game put together without a story pretty much. Get it while you can, it's an amazing game.chaoadventures wrote:Who needs that when you've got,

Re: Rhythm Heaven
I've played the DS one. I don't remember much about it other than the DJ level being my favorite, probably one of the easier ones.
It's nothing spectacular in my opinion but it's a cute and silly game and I did enjoy it. I liked it, but not enough to look for other games in the series.
