No more short-tempered and picky eater chao on pc/steam?

No more short-tempered and picky eater chao on pc/steam?

I've been buying eggs and resetting for about 2 hours now and I haven't found a single chao with either of these personalities. I also took a peek at the chao editor and there doesn't seem to be sliders for those either.

I know they were in the gamecube version, so did they take them out of the pc/steam release?
