Can you do the ring cheat on xbox?

Everyone knows about the easy way to get money but I was wondering if there was a way to do it on the xbox (and no extra memory cards or anything) that would be awesome! And make things a LOT easier for me (having to dig up 12 skulls/pumpkins every time I want to breed two chaos is a pain..

First of all, Welcome to Chao Island!

Once you exit the black market, pause, go to options, go to rumble settings, press OK, exit options, and make sure you see the "saving" At the corner of the screen.

I haven't tested it, but this seems to be the best (only?) method.
Also, the plural of Chao is Chao, just for clarification. (1 chao, many chao)

After doing the above method, you can exit to the dashboard or simply restart the console just like the GC version.

That method definitely works on the PS3 and I can't see why the Xbox version would be any different.
