They can pass down their color, shininess, highlights, jewel coat, stat grades, favorite food, and facial expressions. I'm okay when it comes to "What can these two make?" but I am bad with probability. I wish you luck with the two you are breeding.

Thanks I'm trying to breed a perfect stat grade chao thats a regular two tone with no mouth and regular eyes

but if you want to make your chao perfect, you COULD take a normal chao and just keep reincarnating with different evolutions
e.g. BBCBB at birth, make it ()/normal twice, ()/run twice, ()/swim twice, ()/power three times, and ()/fly twice
but that takes too long so try to take the odds of breeding.
