Pokemon RP: Legendary Battle 2

(This is a super-late sequel to an old Pokemon RP I made in the past. I only expect a few people on here to remember it, if any at all...)

Plot:

A war has been raging between Dialga and Palkia for quite some time now. No one knows why it began. A group of Pokemon previously tried to make peace, but that was a near-impossible task. Now, some other Legendaries have been helping Pokemon who do not want this war to flee to safer Regions. Many Pokemon wonder how the war will end... Recently, however, they began realizing that neither Dialga nor Palkia can be allowed to win the war. Dialga is the master of time, and Palkia is the master of space. If one of them were to die... Well, no one wants to wait and find out! Even the Pokemon who had previously taken sides now have different thoughts. The war must be stopped this time, no matter how difficult things get!

Rules:

Now, I will allow 4 characters per person! (My previous one only allowed 3.) Starting off with less means you can make more later on.
No Godmodding, even if you have any Legendary Pokemon characters!
Shinies are allowed.
Unlike the first one, more than one of each Legendary is allowed (to an extent, we don't want 5 Groudons running around), but there must be some difference between them. (Shininess, baby or adult, etc...)
No blood!
No controlling other people's characters!
No cursing, please.
Confirmed Gen. 6 Pokemon are allowed... But make sure they have reasonable Moves and Abilities!!!!
EDIT: Now, I will also allow Fan-Made Pokemon if you ask permission. However, if you do this, please give the Fakemon's physical description.

Bio (Optional): When Tide was an infant, one of his older brothers was killed in battle by enemy Pokemon. During the war, he befriended some Pokemon and hoped they could stop the fight together. But when the battles got even more violent, he decided to help Pokemon escape to safer lands, such as a recently discovered Region. He hasn't done much fighting lately, so he hasn't Leveled up since the last adventure.
Ability: Pressure

Species: Fraxure
Nickname: Blackthorn
Gender: Male
Shiny or Normal: Normal
Level: 24
Moves: Scratch, Assurance, Dual Chop, False Swipe
Personality: Very serious. He has a short temper.
Bio (Optional): He used to have a Trainer. His Trainer visited the Johto Region before the war broke out between Dialga and Palkia. While in Johto, the Trainer's Egg hatched. The Axew was named Blackthorn after the City in the Region, as it revolves around Dragon Types. Blackthorn was separated from his Trainer after the war. He Evolved into a Fraxure since then.
Ability: Mold Breaker
Other Details (Optional): His left tusk is broken at the tip.

Species: Emolga
Nickname: Maple
Gender: Female
Shiny or Normal: Shiny
Level: 21
Moves: Quick Attack, Tail Whip, Spark, Double Team
Personality: Very nervous all the time. She used to be carefree before the war began.
Bio (Optional): Unknown.
Ability: Static
Other Details (Optional): None.

Personality: Hes very shy but he can quickly be serious if you mess with his friends or innocent creatures.
Ability: Snow Cloak
Bio: Humans haven't discovered this type of Pokemon yet.
Other Details (Optional): He has sky blue highlights on his tail. He looks like Pikachu but he is different because he's light blue and his tail at the end looks like a snowball. His eyes are green and his ears don't have any stripes, neither does his body.

By Species, I meant a specific name for the Pokemon species. Like, for your case, Winterchu or something. Ice Mouse isn't really a Pokemon name because it's two uncombined words. If you want, though, you can put "Species Name Unknown" and say it's because humans haven't discovered it yet and therefore haven't named the Pokemon yet.

Also, Fluttershy is from MLP, so it would be a little confusing to mention her in a Pokemon RP. I can let this slide as long as she isn't mentioned by a character once the RP starts. This isn't a crossover or anything, that's why.

Nickname: Gemini
Gender: None; but referred to as male.
Shiny or Normal: Normal

Moves: Gear Grind | Flash Cannon | Discharge | Signal Beam
Personality: Gemini is quite gentle. While he spends a good deal of time looking out for himself, he's just as caring about his friends. He has no true side in the war, but rather gravitates toward whichever path his allies choose for him. He prefers to hang at the back at almost all times and instead map out ideas and plots for the best ways to move ahead. Gemini, while commonly referred to as male despite his species being genderless, states that he doesn't mind being named as either male or female. He doesn't like to attack anyone younger or less sturdy than himself, but will upon having no other option. He is rarely seen being moved to deep emotion, and is immune to genuine infatuation, like all genderless pokemon. He does grow fond of others easily, though.

Ability: Clear Body
Other Details (Optional): Gemini's smallest gear tends to sleep a lot. But even when so it is still capable of speech.

Personality:Tushibo is a cocky but friendly Pokemon.While he will appear cocky and to an extent, arrogant, he will usually stick up for friends.He also believes in getting stronger at higher levels before evolving this the reason he is still a Snivy.
Ability:Overgrow

(I mean, I wasn't really mad or anything, but I was disappointed. This RP is off to a very slow start, and so, when I saw your post, I had high hopes... Only to find you didn't even want to join since it was Pokemon. Man, CI sure doesn't have as many Pokemon fans as it used to... Or so it seems.)
