Apocoloseum

In the year 2075, 43 years since WWIII, those that lived in the domed cities started a new government that took several steps back in social equality, not by race or by gender but merely by money, but it was a very steep change. Anyone who was poor (and 95% of the remaining .5 billion people were) was a second class citizen at best. At worst they are slaves, prisoners, or gladiators. That is where this story begins in the domed city of Neo Rome. Here lies the Neo Colosseum reminiscent of the original, but with deathtraps and rearangible terrain. on this battlefield the poor fight for freedom and the rich for money.

There are two ways to end a match KILL which earns the most money, and MERCY which lets both live but the winner is paid significantly less.
To earn freedom and 1st class citizenship one needs a FREEDOM TICKET. The two ways to earn it are buying it with 1,000,000Q(Quints is the currency named after the 1st leader of this new world) OR by winning the GRAND TOURNAMENT by KILL (if the winner is already free they earn a significant money prize and a high valued slave such as a mutant)

The FREEDOM TICKETs and other items as well as weapons are bought in the gladiator shop at other inflated prices.

Rules:no gmodding, if mutant power must have weakness or consequence of over use, if size related they either move slower(large) or get hit harder(small)
no bunnying unless other player allows it
only one match at a time but other characters can watch the match or buy things in the shop when not battling
your character can die if someone wins by KILL but you can make a new character(the only character who can't be killed is my main)
cursing must be star'd * out
romance is allowed but keep it light
