Decode it or Encode it?!

The idea of this post is that I'll give you a code.

Another user can take that code and either encode it or decode it.

The next user can then decide to take THAT code and either encode it or decode it.

Any type of code is fine, just no hash encoding. Those are close to impossible to decode.

If a user desires to decode the above code but cannot figure out how to do so you may ask the above user for a SMALL hint.

No user may decode or encode the above code twice.
No user may double post.
