Hedgehogs are a myth and so are Echidnas. The actual term for both of them is "Moles". In actuality, Sonic the Mole is related Knuckles the Mole, making Knuckles not The Last Molebender.

This means Nova's dad, is in fact, a mole. Gophers, Porcupines, Rats, and Mice are also moles. Mole Knight is not a Mole, for he is actually a rodent and his name should be changed to Rodent Knight.

Do not think lowly of moles, for they can both eat your crops and hit Mach 1 when running, all whilst teaching you math. They do however. have strange, if not amusing, mating practices.

hedgehogs are real but they only exist in this plane behind a 76 between 3 - 5 in the morning, and you gotta chug a six-pack of red bull before you can see them

I have no reason to doubt the existence of hedgehogs, foxes, echidnas, armadillos, chameleons, crocodiles, weasels, polar bears, or bats than I do any other animal I've read about in books or online, but have never seen with my own eyes or held in my own hands.

Though, considering that most people seldom travel much beyond their home, and very few, if any, humans can claim to have seen everything that has ever been seen by human eyes, it raises the question of why so many people believe the existence of every animal listed in modern biology texts, disbelieve the existence of things modern science says are myths, among other things based on the assumption that scientists aren't lying to us.

What makes a dog with an extra head or two(such as the three-headed Cerberus) more likely to be an ancient hoax than something that looks like a weird mix of a duck and a beaver(the platypus, though in all fairness, the platypus supposedly was thought a hoax until they managed to bring live specimens back to the northern hemisphere)?

Not saying I believe there's a grand conspiracy, but there is a truly staggering amount of information regarding flora and fauna beyond the small slice of the earth I have personally visited, among many other subjects, that I accept as truth though I lack the ability or inclination to confirm it with my own senses.

While technically existing, there is no single creature known as a hedgehog. A hedgehog is actually the result of fusion between a shrub and a pig.

I don't know. A Russian guy tried to make chicken egg homunculi last year, but very little progress was made, as he pulled a small organism out of an egg in his woolen hat, it looked at him and spat, he exclaimed "BLYAT," and the thing went splat.

I would link the YouTube video that I'm referring to, although it's age-restricted.
“Life’s not cruel until you put the game controller down.”

This is a little philosophical gem that I said when I was insanely tired.
