(Sorry, I fell asleep)
@Swifter
(I'm allowing this but I'm making a change to the OP)
You rolled a 5 to look around.
A rogue earth spell has risen the ground under you, giving you a nice view of the city.
You rolled 13, 3, and a 20 to leave the mess. You've got an average of 12
You take a step outside and are offered a cold drink by a kind stranger.
@Annadog
You've rolled a 4
Absolutely nothing wrong has happened, a dog even approached you. Eager for you to throw the stick.

(Hue hue hue)
You got a 6
You've thrown the stick, the dog has happily returned hoping you'll throw it again. Raising your arms to cover your face has defended you against a flying steak that slapped against your forearm.
The dog happily looks at the steak and barks.

You do indeed take a look around and slide down.
(Oh my gosh this dice roller website hates us)
6, 1, 6 You got an average of 4
You step outside of the boundaries of the town and take a few steps into the forest, your attempt at magic has summoned a great ball of fire...that managed to avoid the tree's and instead directly hit a fire slime.
A fire slime approaches
HP: 20/20

Find seven rocks.
1d6
Throw 4 rocks at slime
1d20
(Could we use any number from 6 -12 too? It's available.)
(Does that count as 2 or 11 actions)

(because you said talking is normal now)
Tell the slime that I'll take at as long as we can truce and leave each other alone. I am sorry for hitting you in the first place. It wasn't on purpose. Now let's both go in our own direction. Away from each other.
Take wand 3d6

You and the slime come to a truce and agree. You are given the wand.
Dead adventurers wand, single use, able to deal 10 points of damage to an enemy - Added to Swifters inventory

You got a 1
The battle with the slime has broken the potions in your inventory, contaminated your food, and made everything wet and filled with various potion juices. Your wand however is perfectly okay.
You got a 16
You find a dead rock elemental, it left behind many rocks to harass enemies with.

You got a 7
You picked up a few more stones to add to your growing collection
12 - 14 (13)
You have exactly, a good amount of money. It's a good thing the exact amount doesn't matter in this world.
(I feel like I should say it now, the amount of money you have really won't matter since the way you get items is by the roll of the dice, the same applies if you happen to meet a merchant.)

Re: Icosahedron, A text based adventure game with dice.
Locate Farrah the Mage.
1d6
(How do you determine if a(n) NPC/Enemy chooses 1d6, 2d6, 3d6, 1d20, 2d20 or 3d20? Do you roll 1d6 and depending on that number you rill again? If not, that isn't very random :/)
Pick up stones along the way. (I guess the number will determine if I pick up something that isn't a rock or how many I pick up.)

Re: Icosahedron, A text based adventure game with dice.
(You see, a slime rolling 3d20 will hurt you, and pretty badly too if it gets lucky, but has less of a chance of doing 10 points of damage like rolling 1d6 would if it would get a 6. So enemies that are meant to be harder will be roll 6 sided dice since that has a higher chance of always doing stronger damage.)
You got a 2
You call for the mage you saw earlier. She probably can't hear you from where you are.
(The amount of rocks you have really won't matter since you at most only have two attacks per turn. Failing an attack would mean you would wind up missing with most of those rocks anyways. Since items can be pretty useful, you won't be getting much unless you land a 20.)
You got a 19
You find very pretty rocks, and one of them even look like they're shaped like a potato.

Enough rocks. Logic for roll makes sense now.

Your search for Farrah under a rock. She's not under a rock.
You got an 11
You go back to the Inn and find Farrah still sitting at a table with the other two adventurers
"Can I help you?" She asks you.
