These rule have been updated as of December 19th 2013 by Mooncow (especially first three points). Please read through these and follow them accordingly.
Multiple Posting
Hopefully this will clarify things. If you make a post, and have something to add right away in the same topic, do not post again directly after it. This is sometimes referred to as double-posting (or triple-posting, multi-posting, etc). To make an update or add something, click on the EDIT button in your last post to make the necessary changes.
Necro Posting (bumping old topics)
Please don't revive old topics more than a few months old or (generally) topics that are already on the second page of the forum. HOWEVER If you have something thoughtful to contribute to an old topic, then go ahead and post in it. It's not a problem, as long as it is thoughtful, relevant and appropriate - after all it IS a discussion forum.
Using Quotes
There is no need to quote the poster above you and try not to quote someone who has quoted someone else without good reason. This drastically lengthens the topic and gives the reader much more content to scroll through including text they've already read. Of course there are times when quoting the above post is fine - for example a Q&A topic, or you are replying to something specific. This isn't to say quoting the above user is forbidden - just be sensible. "The rule is only for quoting huge blocks of text and quote pyramids. Quoting a piece of a post above you (or even the whole thing, if it's small enough) is generally allowed."
Use common sense. Sometimes someone will need to post after one of their own posts, or need to quote the above user, or inadvertently bump a topic from a page back. If in doubt ask a moderator or admin, or just report the post.
Avatar and Signature Limits
The avatar image limit is a resolution of 140x140 pixels, with a maximum file size of 64 kilobytes.
The signature image limit is now 500x100 pixels with a file-size no greater than 128kb and an additional one line of text in the default font-size without line breaks. Without any images or line breaks, you can have up to five lines of text in your signature in the default text size or up to 7 lines of text using the SMALL font-size.
Keep in mind, the members are not necessarily here to observe your avatar and/or signature. It simply helps us differentiate one member from another more easily. Large images distract the readers from the information they are looking for, and large file sizes increase the loading time of a page.
The Warning System
Failure to follow these rules will result in a warning. The warning system generally goes as follows, but more severe violation will carry the appropriate punishment:
Verbal warning through a personal message and a possible edit to a post of yours if it violates the rules.
Reminder of first warning and a loss of Chao Points.
Member will be given a warning and/or lose their avatar/signature privileges.
Member exceeding three warnings will automatically result in a suspension or ban.
Banishment of account.
Further disciplinary action includes the banning of your e-mail, IP, and your entire subnet. Please don't let it come to this.
I have already sent PM's to some of you. The warnings concerning these rules will be reset as of now. This is to give everyone a fresh start and no excuse for errors.
Exceptions can be made to these rules under certain circumstances, but don't push your luck. Use common sense. Thank you for your time.

Sure. You can post the link to this topic in your signature. It would also be nice if you added something like, "Remember to follow the rules! -Mephiles". Know what I mean, Jelly Bean? ;)
I can't tell what the original image is. It has been replaced with another one provided by PhotoBucket. You can usually see the resolution of the image by right-clicking on it and selecting its properties.
I know that it seems to be Enzo has multiple accounts. one of his avatars on his multiple accounts are inappropiate and contain blood. I saw that. I first saw in in this forum. I think it was the youtube links thread.

Anything you see on here before 2016-17 does not reflect who I am today.
Okay!I will follow all those rules!I was afraid that I was going to get banned from this site if I broke some rules. But now that I've read this,I feel just fine on the forums! Thanks Blade Genexis.
You are allowed to double-post if you're actually making an important update to the thread, and if there's actually been some significant time between the posts.
For example, if you post in a 'favourite colour' thread that you like red, and then ten minutes later say you like blue too - that is not acceptable. Instead, you should just edit the first post.
In the case of a story, the additional posts are important updates. It's acceptable to double-post there. As long as you don't post several 'chapters' within minutes of each other...
