For Those Who Have Missed Pokemon Events!

This is from a friend from another forum, thought I should pass it along to you guys~ ;D
Just let me say, IT DOES WORK.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Boot your DS, load your Pokemon game of choice.
2. Open your WFC settings and select the connection you usually use.
3. Scroll down a bit and change 'auto-acquire DNS' to "No" and change the primary DNS to [insert IP address here]
4. Go to the GTS in-game (Jubilife in DPPt and Goldenrod in HGSS).
5. Connect to the GTS. It will probably take an abnormally long time to connect, this is okay.
6. Your character will approach the terminal as usual and 'check the GTS...' This will also take longer than "normal".
7. If all goes flawlessly, you'll see an incoming pokeball and it will open to reveal none other than the hosted pokemon!

I did not figure this out, merely reposting it here for all our Pokefriends!!

I will warn you, it will say error after you get the pokemon and make you go back to the main screen. Don't worry your pokemon is in your party. :3 Also you may get an error trying to get into the GTS, just keep trying. It'll eventually give in. lol

Make sure you're changing the DNS and NOT the IP, I made that mistake first and it didn't connect |D

Also, if it's the Darkrai you're trying to get, that code's not working right now for whatever reason.

Try these at your own risk, guys. The Mew I got was at level 15, 0/0 HP, no item. Took it to the Pokémon Center and it was still dead (fainted). I deposited in Bill's PC and then withdrew him to find that its level had decreased to 10, its HP was fully recovered, but it still wasn't holding the Premier Ribbon. Hmmm...

I got Shiny Pichu (Pikachu-colored Pichu) without problems. It's a male, level 30, and holding the Premier Ribbon. Oh, it also knows Volt Tackle. =P

EDIT: Mew seems glitched. I released it before it had a chance to corrupt data, I don't trust level 0 pokemon. <_<
