Help finding Banetteite in X

So I;m trying to find the Banetteite in pokemon X. I already have the systems time set to 8, and already got the upgrade to the mega stone, but I can't for the love of me find it in the cave it's supposed to be in. Can some one please tell me if I'm missing a step or something? Or if theres some other item you need to find the mega stone or something because it's seriously pissing me off.

Head down the waterfall and enter the cave thats to the right. Congrats, you made it into the Chamber of Emptiness.
Besides finding a Spooky Plate, you'll be able to pick up the glowing Banettite in the North side of the cave.
Remember, the Banettite won't show up unless you touch the Sundial between 8PM and 9PM.

Yeah I knew where it was, and I had battled Serena and talked to sycamore to get the upgrade, the time was wrong, so I fixed it after like 20 minutes of being pissed. Really wished I knew it ran on military time :/
