It means that's the 13th person has to sit out because for some reason we started a tournament with an odd number of people. But I want the 6 points and to go on to my round 4 match so lets just say that he's a noob and that I beat him easily.

Uni's issue is that her team has 2 dragon/flying, 2 dragon/ground and 2 dragons. That's 4 that are weak to ice 4x. That's a major flaw in a monotype team. If you encounter an ice type with great speed, you're ****ed.

Bri will have more of an advantage because ground also hits ice relatively well.

Yeah but ground type is weak to ice type so I personally think I'm screwed considering my team.

I'm just kind of wondering if it's better to be resistant against the weaker people so you can 6-0 them easily, or maybe 5-0, or be neutral against as many thing as possible to get a lot of average scores.

Don't worry guys, ice has like 4 weaknesses anyway. He will have his downfall.

Oooh yeah no worries I'll probably bring down at least one. I have like a couple ice counters and pokemon who are neutral to ice type moves, actually. It'd be just plain embarrassing to be 6-0'd for me. I have faith in the rest of you as well to not let ice win.

The best, arguably, would be to both have soft counters for everything, and at the same time either have a pokemon that can deal with many respective threats, or one that's powerful enough to get rid of them.

Yes, like my Manectric and Zekrom. They're fast enough to strike down threats, plus they're POWERFUL enough to take a hit and deal the damage quickly enough.
