I have yet another problem XD.

I have SA2B on steam and I want to play online with a friend and I know you also need the no battle mod for it. My game works fine but when I start it I get a warning saying:
The following mods didn't load correctly:
No Battle Mod: DLL error - cant find module
2P in Chao World: DLL error - cant find module

What do I need to do to fix this?

Btw, my last problem was solved. I can use chao editor below the time 30 now :)

Is there a way to make it so that the mod doesn't change the way the gardens look?

erm, weird, do you have the Battle DLC ?

because No Battle mod just remove the SA2B battle intro that can cause some crash for some people
for 2P in chao world, i don't think it require a Battle DLC, so idk why there's a error

i'm not the creator of SA2modManager, so i don't know all the solution for that kind of problem

go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Sonic Adventure 2\mods\ChaoWorldExtended\gd_PC

and remove :
set_chao_dark_u.bin
set_chao_hero_s.bin
set_chao_hero_u.bin
set_chao_neut_s.bin
set_chao_neut_u.bin

the garden would look like the vanilla version
but chao can't climb to town/mountain anymore if you remove it

She did that. But i think there's some menu sounds that are built in to the mod.

SA2: The New Challengers Compatibility Patch (TNC+CWE Code Fix)

SONIC2APP.EXE
This exe need to be used for codes like :
- Mixing color
- Normal Chao can make color Chao

if you don't use these codes, you don't need the custom exe
but it's still recommended to use it
Now, we all know that CWE's SONIC2APP.EXE is required for the aforementioned codes in the quote above, and that has put some people off from using Sonic Adventure 2: The New Challengers in conjunction with Chao World Extended.

DarkyBenji put in an impressive amount of work to make his modification as compatible with Sonic Adventure 2: The New Challengers as he could, but there was still the issue of being unable to use those two codes whilst utilizing Sonic Adventure 2: The New Challengers.

With great pleasure, I'm here to release a patch using the NINJA-Binary format with the outputted file, sonic2app_tnc.rup.

The patch will require you to download Ouinja Patcher.

Click the spoiler below for the download and the necessary instructions.

Download sonic2app_tnc.rup

* Extract Ouinja Patcher to any directory, and place sonic2app_tnc.rup in the same directory; honestly, it doesn't matter where you place these two files, but I recommend you place them in your SA2 installation directory.

* For "File to patch:" you're going to navigate to sonic2app_tnc.exe, which would typically be located in your installation folder after installing the mod, and select sonic2app_tnc.exe.

* For "Patch file:" you're going to navigate to where you extracted the contents of the archive and sonic2app_tnc.rup, and select sonic2app_tnc.rup.

* Next you are going to click on "Apply" and the file you selected to be patched will now have 100% functionality with CWE's "(Advanced) Mixing Colors" and "(Advanced) Normal Chao can make Color Chao" codes.

I installed this mod a few days ago, and I have to saw it's awesome! My chao garden is still early (three baby chao in the Neutral garden), but I've already seen two of them talk to each other and had one Chao cry and lose happiness because of being hungry. They also seem to be more active than they used to be. Great job!

Am I mistaken or do some of these screenshots in the OP have Ambient Occlusion turned on? If so, could someone link me to how I go about enabling that?

^You need an Nvidia Graphics Card. I've been told there's other ways, but they never worked for me.

I downloaded V7.3.2 and not all the codes show in the enu. I have detail codes, race codes, other codes, and time codes. I am missing things like advanced, hard, easy. ETC. Anyway to help?

be sure you use the Codes.xml from chao world extended too

Chaos can't monster evolve (but they become transparent if they are normal color)

for using monster evolve
it's all about Evolution and Stat Influence

if you want a monster hero/fly/fly (for example), be sure that your chao second evolution fly is fully complete
(give 20-40 fly or 40-80 chaos drive to be 100% sure to be sure that the fly/swim balance is fully fly)
and your chao stats must be over 2000 on fly

wait ~2 minutes ingame and it boom your chao will become monster

this is one of the hardest code to use, so i can understand that you can't make it work

By "Chaos with two types for their second evolution", I meant Chaos like Dark/Swim/Fly+Power, as the Chao has the Dark alignment, the Swim first evolution, and Fly+Power being its second evolution types at the same time. But I kinda figured out how to monster evolve hybrid Chaos like that one. Thank you and sorry if my english is not that good. :wink:

I used this mod a long time ago on Steam. As soon as I went into the lobby, Shadow's textures were MESSED UP.

So, to prevent anything else from giving me nightmares, I quietly uninstalled my save which had loads of my favourite Chao on it. :chaoangry:

why did you do that ? Save do not cause graphics issue, also if you use the mod Dreamcast Skin, i can understand the Shadow's textures, it's the only character that have problem with texture

but i'm not the one who did dreamcast characters model/texture so.. not sure if i can fix that

because of that "s", i though you was talking about chaos chao

I just wanted to voice my enthusiasm and say how much I love this mod - it's kept me playing Chao for about a month now, whereas beforehand, I probably would have stopped after about a week. One of my favourite things about the mod is the added things that the doctor says about my Chao.

Some of my favourites;

"This Chao is wearing a pumpkin mask. You scared me!"

"This Chao cries a lot. Everyone will make fun of you."

"This Chao is clumsy. But that's charming, too."

(That last one has got to be the cutest comment I've gotten so far from the doc.)

Please keep up the terrific work, I absolutely adore the additional behaviours that my Chao can do. It really makes the garden feel so much more alive.
