Sarai looked at them. She lit her paws with ice. The thing she wanted to do more than anything at the moment was drive her icy paw into one of the horrible beasts, but that would probably endanger her and her friends.

Xale walked and hopped up after her, flying at a slower pace.

Snowy dashed to Destiny in a few seconds. He flew side-by-side her. "So, what's the game plan after finding the things in the hills?"

Ronin flew next to Xale. "Look, I know it's hard to lose someone you care about," he said. "Bit you can't get all depressed. Learn from what happened and keep moving."

Destiny eventually landed on the hillside, looking around. The humans were gone, they seemed to have left the place wrecked. "Looks like they left..."

Xale looked at Destiny for a second, before focusing back on the scenery around them when they landed. "Wait... T-This..." he walked ahead of Destiny, looking around. There were stone ruins, small stone houses that had been broken down, and a Larger stone castle in the center, it was just as damaged. He walked towards the castle, speechless, looking at it, as he walked inside to view what was left.

Destiny watched Xale, looking at Ronin worriedly, as she followed him inside the damaged old castle.

There was something off...it just had that air. And Xake wasn't acting all that well about it either. he nudged his shoulder a bit. "Hey, you okay? Something happen here?"

Xale stared at the insides of the Castle as, familiar, yet blurry memories crossed his mind. This was it. "This place..." He began, his voice nearly in a whisper, "This used to be my kingdom." He walked over to a spot where there was rubble in the middle of a hall way. "Right here, this is where... Colton found me... I was stuck under here... I thought I was forgotten, left for dead... but... H-He..." Tears welled in his eyes, he couldn't help but cover his face and weep.

Destiny frowned, watching Xale, feeling the heartache.

Ronin looked at the ruins. Bad memories also returned. "But you're here now. Don't dwell on the past."
