I would like my Username to be changed to Citrus_Fruit. Who should I ask? The moderators? Would they be able to do it?
EDIT: Although I am not 100 percent sure I want to do this. I am just asking now so that, just in case I decide to do so, I will know who to ask.

Ok if u have a dreamcast i can help. First off u have to go to the vmu and scroll down to options then hit name and name him thats all i know for the dreamcast

Not sure what the above things are all about...
If you mean you Chao Island username, you have to contact one of the administrators, either Fusion or Mooncow. They might not respond soon, and might not even change it because they want to prevent confusion with member names.

PM a moderator. They can change it if it's not too big of a change. I used to be NinjaChao224, then NinjaChao, then finally Ninja.
