Lack of access to new topics

Lack of access to new topics

This has been a problem for about the past three-four days. Whenever I attempt to load a page that I have not loaded in a while (so, anything new) it will seemingly load the coding for the page. It has been something to the effect of:
Set-Cookie: phpbb3_moon1337_track=l%3A3l7bld%3Btf3lwh1e
And with that continuing for a great while afterwards. This has proved very annoying as of late, because I have effectively been unable to access any new page. So, any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
