Ok first u get any color of a chao.
Now give it 2 skeleton dogs and give it a paper bag.
Then give it a lot of dif. animals for color.(to look like candy)
And there u go a trick or treat chao.

make a rainnow chao make it where a paper bag thats much much easyer

Any color of chao (White or shiny white will be more realistic), with a skeleton dog (To make it wear hats) and a ghost and a Pumpkin

Note:The skeleton dog first and the ghost is next
