a devil chao is hard to get. first get a chao and make it reancarnate 2 times. also dont abuse the chao. then after 2 reancarnation give all 21 animals. eventually it will be a devil chao

I did that today, and forgot that it had to reincarnate TWICE...is it really worth waiting 3 WHOLE HOURS for a chaos chao? Answer me that!
