To get

get a starter Chao and make it neutral Normal/normal
When that's over with give him bunny feet and paws
Teach it to fly obviously
Have him wear a blue wool beanie (don't forget skelly pup)
And boom you got you a C-200 Omega Robot

At first, this sounded cool. I never saw anyone post a recipe for a false Omochao Chao before. But then, you said "C-200 Omega Robot", and I got very confused. That's not Omochao's name. Omochao's name is Omochao. Not C-200 Omega Robot.

I still think this is a good recipe though, and I might possibly try it.
