Genetically speaking, all Jewel Chao and Shiny Jewel Chao are Any-Tone Chao, because Tone doesn't effect how Jewel Chao look. All Transparent* Chao are physically Shiny Two-Tone Chao.

*Fusion explained to me that Transparent is a much more appropriate term for these Chao. I'm tempted to edit my page, but the site should cover the information soon enough.

So no, I don't have a shiny, two-tone, or shiny two-tone Chao yet. .-.

Oh, okay. I don't know the exact mechanics or terms behind, but I knew it was something around that area. So, the official name is Transparent chao now? Alright, fine with me.

There will never be an official name, since Normal, Mono-Tone, Two-Tone, and Jewel are all fan created names that are very good at defining the Chao. The only officially named groupings of Chao are Color Chao and Shiny Chao. Normal Chao were given the same because is the normal, default appearance, Mono-Tone and Two-Tone tell whether or not a Chao has highlights or not, and Jewel is just a very logical term for the different Chao. A lot of the names for Jewel Chao aren't even official but are still appropriate enough to stick. Transparent will just be the term that is agreed upon by the site because it is the most accurate term for the Chao's appearance.

On a random note, if the Chao system were ever remade I would enjoy there being a mixing of colors, two-tones being mixes of colors, and Transparent, Invisible, and Pseudo Chao being based on what tone the Shiny Jewel Chao is, Mono-Tone for Invisible, Two-Tone for Pseudo, and a balance of the two for Transparent. This is just an idea.
