You have to live in JAPAN for Sonic Dash V2 or CANADA for Sonic Jump V2
Sonic Jump V2 contains Chao (like in the Brotherhood game), and Sonic Dash V2 will most likely be similar.

The name of the game is Sonic Jump Fever and there is zero chao raising aspect. Instead you simply find eggs in the forest that hatch into fully evolved chao, who's only purpose are to act as powerups in the main game.
