What if Sonic brought a space virus?

What if Sonic returned to Mobius in the SatAM episode "Harmonic Sonic" but brought back some sort of space virus that is 100% fatal to everybody even Robotnik, Snively and his robots, except for Princess Sally?

I image that Sally would search Robotnik's lab and eventually come across a time traveling device that would take her back to the incident so she could warn them and herself, knowing that this will erase her existence because she is a paradox. The Sally left over would realize she needs to take a more active role in the Freedom Fighters', thus prompting character development. Seeing a Sally disappear makes Sonic more protective of his Sally. They would then temporarily roboticize Sonic so he cannot contract a biological virus and then restore him when he returns. Archie Sonic pretty much paralleled SatAM at that point, and I'm very familiar with the writing patterns of that era. This would be my guess.

I imagine before Sally could travel back in time, the dying Sonic tells her to find a time traveling device in Robotnik's lab and everybody has died from the virus, and then Sonic died, and Sally buried the dead bodies of Sonic, Tails, Bunnie, Antoine and Rotor to the ground.

It's actually a good Idea. But only showing their graves is enough. Character development with good cartoon styled characters are what makes a show/comic Awesome!
