As knuckles only, dig around the grass areas near speed highway and there will be one.
As Tails only, go to the area where you found the ice key for the Ice Cap and fly straight up.
In the train station, on the middle ledge.
Mystic Ruins: As Knuckles or Tails, fly into Big's tree.
As Knuckles or Gamma, glide across the canyon close to the bridge.
Go to the pathway leading upwards at Big's house.
Go to the ledge next to tail's workshop.
Egg Carrier: As Tails, transform the ship into wing mode and go straight up.
As Sonic or Knuckles, Transform the ship into wing mode and take the elevator down by the pool room, take the monorail up and go to the arena. Then with Sonic shoot yourself out of cannons til you break a box with a emblem inside it. Or with Knux break the boxes til you find one.
Go the the captains room but don't transform the ship. It should be in wing mode. If not, transform it into wing mode. Now exit the room but make the sure you go into the room just below it. This is the private room. Press the switch that brings down the bed and you'll get one.
In the pool romm on a ledge at the back. Do this with Knuckles or Tails.
That is all 12 emblems.
