To unlock kart racing you need to complete Route 101 with Tails or Route 280 with Rouge in story mode. For this achievement you need to finish 1st place in kart racing on expert mode. Some people don't know this so I'm going to say it anyway, if you want to execute every a perfect turn you need to press A and press it again while moving the analouge in the right direction. Now this may be obvious to some players but for others it's not. I recommened Knuckles since he is the best all rounded character. Also, find the boosters and use them. Another way to boost is to collect 20 rings . Now if u want all 180 emblems you need to do all 3 modes in 1st regardless.
