how can I get an A rank on metal harbour easily? sa2

I keep on trying to get an A rank on metal harbour for sa2? I kill all the enimies, get the best time I can and get all the rings I can get. I did it once on my other xbox profile that I cant use anymore, but my highest on my current profile is 19837. Can anyone help me?
sonic the hedgehog legend of zelda final fantasy dragonball z super mario brothers kirby pokemon and finally creepypastas are my thing
