When your Chao wins certain races, they will receive a prize! The prize is usually some sort of toy for your Chao to use in the garden. Here is the list of toys given to your Chao for winning certain races:
Beginner Races:
The Chao that wins these races will keep these items and use them when he feels like it, or when he needs to. The Watering Can and Shover are used for planting seeds (see seeds and fruit section), and the other two are just for when the Chao is bored.You must win on the third level to receive these toys.
Crab Pool - Shovel
Stump Valley - Watering Can
Mushroom Forest - Rattle
Block Canyon - Toy Car
Jewel Races:
Again, the Chao that wins these races will keep these items for themselves, and use them when they are bored.You must win on the fifth level to receive these toys
Aquamarine - Sonic Doll
Topaz - Broom
Peridot - Picture Book
Garnet - Pogo Stick
Onyx - Box of Crayons
Diamond - Bubbles
Challenge Races:
These next set of toys are put in the Normal Chao Garden for any Chao to play with, so they only need to be won once.You must win certain races to receive these toys
Fourth Race - Ball
Eighth Race - Jack in the Box
Twelfth Race - T.V
Hero Races:
These toys are put in the Hero Garden for any Chao to play with, so they only need to be won once.You must win certain races to receive these toys

These toys are put in the Dark Garden for any Chao to play with, so they only need to be won once.You must win certain races to receive these toys
