The points you get depend on the grades of your chao not the animals. I have a chao that when I feed it a condor it only gets 10 because of its low grade in that area. How many little boxes you get are the way to tell.

Let's say for some reason you can only get shiny red chao and not regular monotone red without shine chao. Could you breed the shiny red chao and some other monotone and get a regular red chao without shine?

For some reason it's really hard for me to get MTN so I was doing what crazo said which was keep the monotone chao you got when trying to get a MTN chao and repeat the process. So I was waiting for that chao to grow up and decided to do a random breed from two random chao and got one.

Crazo, I have a few questions the Pseudo chao. Is their a reason this happens or is it just a random glitch. Also is their any way of telling besides breeding that you have one so you can quickly and easily prove to someone you have it.

I always thought it was at a certain age. I had two chao that I got at the same time and near the same time they both wanted to swim. I use to take them out of the water if they couldnt swim but now if they walk in they have to swim out.

No we could probably find a way to make both, let me get some ideas. For the one with no helmet get a dark two tone fly/none chao and put an orange eggshell on its head. For the masked one do the same thing except no eggshell. Sorry thats all I could come up with :(.

You can't. Some two-tone chao look like they have three colors, but you can't actually own a 3 tone chao.

Sorry for the bump. It is one that when they eat the fruit they keep leveling up afterwards here let me go find it. Its a code for the gameboy one which I transfered the chao on to the gamecube it's quick level gain i'm pretty sure.

No he's a MTN which stands for Monotone normal. MTN's turn pink in some dark evolutions. MNT stands for Monotone which this does look allot like a monotone pink but is not. When people say MTN's change colors they don't mean they just randomly do, they change depending on alignment and attribute.
