Technically, you can't just "unchange" something. You can change it back to normal levels though by using a code. Using GCNcrypt you can edit codes that will change the value of the stats from 9999/3000/3266/whatever to anything you want.

What kind of stats did your chao have?

I have the NTSC version, and the codes I tried worked, so these codes are likely the NTSC codes.

How old are the chao? Second evolution is a slow process, and I'm assuming by aqua, you mean a mix of blue and green. If you mean that, then yeah, they're working their way towards 2nd evolution. It's a slow and gradual process.

If the chao are 2/3, I would think they need to get older.

Actually, I believe feeding it only increases life span if the chao is a child, so feeding it after it evolves won't increase a chao's life span.

I don't believe there is a way to increase life span after the chao has evolved, as far as I know.
