I can't help but feel like none of you have ever actually played splitscreen games. It certainly seems like you haven't.

1. Big TV's exist. If you think, in an era of 64" TV's, visibility would be impaired, you would hate when TV's were barely half that size.

2. It'd work the exact same way. Press map button, click on teammate, get teleported.

A third person shooter about covering ground and killing people is ruined by splitscreen? You really don't understand what that even is if that is what you actually think.

I was pretty disappointed by Splatoon 2.

The game itself is fun! Awesome! But still no splitscreen multiplayer and the new mode being timegated turned me off the game something fierce.

Oh well, maybe I'll finally get splitscreen splatoon come Splatoon 3.

Just downloaded and played through it, and no, it's in every way, shape, and form, a splatfest demo. You can play the tutorial (which is mandatory anyways) and sign up for a team for the Splatfest. That's it.

Technically it's just the First Splatfest demo but afaik it is basically a full Splatoon 2 demo
