The lack of logic in your post renders your argument irrelevent- first and foremost because Cream can fly, secondly there is only one Cream, and thirdly, where does SEGA benefit from this?

Besides, nobody dies from falling. Cream fell from orbit in Sonic Advance 2 and landed on her feet without a scratch.

You're forgetting the part where Cream loses any fat she originally had because of starvation.

No it isn't. Shadow fell from orbit, recieved a concussion, and was retrieved by one of Eggman's robots, then dumped in a tube to sleep for a while. Alive. Not dead. Eggman created the androids using Shadow as a base because the real Ultimate Lifeform had already proven that he could not be controlled or trusted.
This only tells us his head hit the ground first rather than his feet.

^That's just it. SEGA will never kill anyone if the audience doesn't care about them enough to make the death profitable. Tails' death would sell a game like hot cakes.
