I watched all of Sakurasou no pet na kanojo, got to say, the best comedy romance anime ever, for me at least. I'm also currently watching ****** Ouji to Warawanai Neko, so cute.
All the animes I've completed are : Black Rock shooter ( OVA/ Anime ), Persona 4: the animation, Sakurasou no pet na kanojo, Death note, Toradora, Say I love you, K-on!!, K-on!, Inu x Boku Secret Service, and Hyouka that is all that comes to my head at the moment, huhe ( ´ ▽ ` )ノ

I have actually recently finished re-watching Gurren Lagann. I'll probably finish up Soul Eater since I watched most of it and for some reason stopped.
Some Anime I would recommend besides the two listed above would probably be:Dragon Ball Series, Inyuasha, Wolf's Rain, Full Metal Alchemist Series, Code Geass:Lelouch Of The Rebellion R1/2, and a lot more I cannot think of at the moment.

Currently, I am going super old school and listening to the English dub of the Original 1967 version of Mach Go Go Go/Speed Racer. Current just under halfway though. Would like to listen to the remake from the 1990s, but I understand that only about a third of that ever got dubbed.

Recently watched the entirety of AnoHana and started watching an anime called 'Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet'. Both are really good.

Re: So have you guys been getting your anime doses?
Bunelody and I have been watching a lot of different animes lately. Mostly subs. Except for Funimation dubs.
We finished AnoHona: The Flower We Saw That Day. I really enjoyed it. It was silly at times and the character development progressed wonderfully. If you don't mind sad/depressing, you should watch this.
Blue Exorcist was amazing. It was funny at times with the birthday/Christmas cake dilemma but it could get really serious with some spoilers I won't mention. I've decided to read the manga as well. I really enjoyed it and want to see how the original(manga) plays out. :3
The Soul Eater anime ending really disappointed me. Something like that would be impossible. But, other than the ending, the anime was pretty accurate and was really well animated with all the fight scenes.
We've also been watching Oreimo and it's...interesting. A teenage girl obsessed with adult games and anime/manga trying to force her brother into the craziness. I like it. It's fun to watch and more for people who don't want something intense to watch. :D
I've been re-watching Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion S1/R2 over and over and it always gets better every time I watch it. (Bunelody won't watch it >n>) Although, it still makes me cry after watching it nearly 6 months ago. But, if haven't you watched Code Geass, I really suggest it to everyone. Watch the subs, though. The dub really sucked. (I watched at least two or three episodes of the dub and how they do Zero's voice and just most of the voice actors doesn't sit well with me.)
Those are basically the ones I've watched fully in the past few whatever. Some I have only seen a little bit of but couldn't get into so

Re: So have you guys been getting your anime doses?
I felt really guilty for liking Oreimo when I watched it because of the incestuous theme of the show. That coupled with the translated name being "My Little Sister can't be this Cute".MelissaChao wrote: We've also been watching Oreimo and it's...interesting. Re: So have you guys been getting your anime doses?
I have so many unfinished series that I almost feel bad starting a new one. I watch a few episodes and then forget about it. This has happened numerous times.
I'll probably try to keep up with the new Rozen Maiden, though. If I don't forget. Who knows what'll happen?

Haha I don't really like incest that much. I find it a bit weird. I watched it because Bunelody was watching it and I was bored and stuff.Gondi wrote:I felt really guilty for liking Oreimo when I watched it because of the incestuous theme of the show. Re: So have you guys been getting your anime doses?
^I actually like incest stories(does being a youngest child preclude one from having an imouto complex?), and I have been wanting to listen to My little Sister can't be this cute, though as far as I know, no dubs exist(at least not American dubs, who knows what is available in Southeast Asia(damn it being so hard to find torrents of Southeast Asian English dubs)).
So, can anyone recommend anything with a high moe factor and an English dub?
I miss being able to read subtitles. *Cries in corner.*

^I keep hearing high praise for Attack on Titan. Here is hoping my vision eventually recovers enough for me to read subs or that it gets a dub in teh not to distant future.

Re: So have you guys been getting your anime doses?
It sounds like you'd have to wait a long time for a dub to come out. Attack on Titan is fairly newer, starting only in April of this year. They have yet to find English voice actors.
I understand why they'd give it a lot of praise. It's really truly amazing.

I have no doubts a dub will come out for it though; the series is incredibly popular both in japan and in the west.

Re: So have you guys been getting your anime doses?
Honestly, it would be nice if some of the Japanese animation studios and English dubbing studios could get together such that both the English and Japanese voice tracks could be recorded in parallel with a goal of simulteneous release of both voice tracks. Or if, at the very least, the various services offering streams of official subs were outfitted with audio captions(even if using voice synthesis) to read the subs to those who cannot read them themselves. Also makes me wish for a mediaplayer that could take multimedia files with subtitle tracks and say, mono-ize the audio to play on one earphone and use text-to-speech software to read the text track on the other earphone.
Re: So have you guys been getting your anime doses?
I've recently been watching the Persona 4 anime with a group of friends, and Angel Beats! with my girlfriend.

Just started watching To Aru Kagaku no Railgun. It's a spin off of the main one.
I am also playing the game, which is good, very fun.

I know that feel, bro.
The ending was just...well, read my first post. It's why I started this thread.
You get over it in a week, but damn the day I finished it was a sad day.
