That's true, it's my opinion the image was appropriate.

See how that works?

I am genuinely disappointed that Analogue: A Hate Story has a 62 on metacritic. Granted, the reviewers weren't super negative, the bad ones were all kind of like "oh this is neat, but i don't like it, it's kinda silly".

Doesn't matter tho: I love the game, and I love it's prequels, so I don't care what critics think of it!

How IGN community rated Sonic 06 6.1 (Okay)? I can understand the ordinary rating of 4.8 (Bad) but who would call this game okay? DDDDD:<
None as of now...

According to IGN, Sonic Rush is better than Sonic Generations (360)
...what.

Though Katawa Shoujo happened to get a somewhat negative review in the June 2012 issue of OtakuUSA, that doesn't stop it from being the highest rating VN under the original English language filter on VNDB.
Each person is different and has their own tastes. Checking out the game's description and gameplay is more important than the rating it's given, though it's useful to look at both. I might not be interested in 50+ hour epics with very high ratings, and prefer a small freeware game only a few hours long frowned upon by others. I don't care if other people don't like it. I'll go ahead and enjoy it, thank you very much.

The opinions from a publication called OtakuUSA are completely irrelevant to everything ever.

Sonic Unleashed got lower than Sonic 06 on IGN.

On that note, I've stopped listening to game reviewers.

^ Again, depends on who's reviewing it and what their stance is for the game/series they're playing

If you want to find info out about a game, reviews can be rarely be helpful, you need to find a reviewer who isn't projecting their views that are entrenched with a narrow-minded bias. Unfortunately such a reviewer is rare to find these days. It's still possible to come across some decent and detailed reviews that cover the main aspects of a game which acknowledge both positive and nagetive sides, without exhalting it to the heavens nor grinding the game's image to the dust.

My brother happens to be a game reviewer himself (a non-profit one), and yes he's opiniated XD, but at least he doesn't project his points in a dry manner that makes everything you read like an absolute fact without justification. His writing style can actually be quite comical, same way he talks in real life too :D
