Mangle, Toy Bonnie, Toy Chica has joined in the party.
JJ being a girl seems to be confirmed, as she has been moved and clearly has eyelashes, like Mangle, Chica, and Toy Chica, which aren't as prominent as Toy Bonnie's. She also has gold buttons instead of the silver/white BB had.

Phantom Foxy has joined the party, behind Fnaf1 chica

Whoa, I didn't expect any more changes today. Cool!

Toy Chica looks really terrifying without eyebrows, though. .-.

Also...

What if JJ was originally meant to be male, but since maybe Scott saw everyone calling her the "Balloon Girl", he decided to adopt that as canon? I mean, Golden Freddy started off as being an unofficial, fan-made name that then became the official name in FNAF 2.

But whatever. Just a thought. :P

I can't wait to see what this whole thing will look like in the very end, once everyone's been transformed and all the extra animatronics (like the Phantoms) have been added into the picture. :D

the popular fully formed Mangle model for Gmod has been made canon, along with a tiny endoskeleton and Withered Bonnie (still face-less!) has joined.

WHOA, UN-MANGLED MANGLE! (Toy Foxy I guess?)
I like how this version actually has a fox tail. :3

Also, a tiny endoskeleton? Hmm...! Maybe this endoskeleton might be from the "second head" that Mangle has? Like, this tiny endoskeleton somehow got tangled up in there? But, then again... The endoskeleton's eyes are green, not yellow. Hmm... Because if I remember correctly, both Mangle and the second head each had a yellow eye in FNAF 2.

But it still kinda makes sense though, since if there's gonna be an un-mangled Mangle, then we just gotta know what was up with that little extra endoskeleton head!

And I wonder what the purpose of that endoskeleton is, anyway? I mean, it's so small! What kind of animatronic character would it be for? XD

Also, Withered Bonnie... It seems that his color appears to be more of a dark blue now. Hmm... I've noticed that, even though FNAF 1 Bonnie and FNAF 2 Withered Bonnie appear to be more of a lavender/purple color, it seems that Scott really intended for Bonnie to be blue... I mean, Toy Bonnie is clearly blue. Nightmare Bonnie is blue. And I believe in FNAF 3, when you play as Bonnie in one of the backstory minigames, his sprite is a bright blue. That's kinda interesting.

EDIT: MORE POINTLESS DETAILS! :D

Look at un-mangled Mangle. Look closely at the arm, that is obscured by Toy Chica. I can barely see something that looks dark and metallic.

Is that... A hook?

I remember the old FNAF 2 teaser that had Foxy and Mangle behind curtains, and Mangle had a hook like Foxy. But then in the actual game, I don't remember Mangle having a hook.

yup, if you get closer to the image (such as zooming..or just getting close to the screen like the dummy that I am) you can clearly see the hook.

Heh, I like Plushtrap's facial expression.

Also, the direction Scott went for Nightmare Freddy is interesting. The eyes look less menacing, although they still have a red coloration. Also, he isn't torn up anymore, and even has eyebrows now. Huh.

I really like how the chibi-fied Puppet looks. Them big eyes. :3

Looking at Mangle's endoskeleton head, I notice that the eye is still yellow there... Do you think this disproves that little theory I had about the tiny green-eyed endoskeleton? Hmm... Then again, Mangle and the endo head each only have one eye. And since Mangle was taken apart by little kids, maybe one of them took out one of Mangle's eyes, and stuck it in the endoskeleton head. IDK. :P

Also FINALLY we get to see Foxy in all his glory. His metal hand and legs are no longer hidden from view. I really love his pose, too.

And one last thing, I find it interesting how Golden Freddy has a black hat/tie, and yet the Fredbear next to him has the purple hat and tie. But other than that, as well as the obvious differences like the eyes, they seem nearly identical. Hmm...

with mangle, remember her first appearance. there was another eye on the floor that oddly vanishes after she leaves the kiddie room. this missing eye is either mangles or endo's missing eye

While we're on the subject of Mangle, though, I recently checked the character's page on the FNAF Wiki...
And found that Mangle's gender is currently listed as "Yes".

Uh... OK then. XD

EDIT: Oh, OK. So apparently "Yes" is literally Scott's recent answer to Mangle's gender. Alright. :P

Bonnie, Eyeless Bonnie (from the hidden FNAF1 game over jump scare), Nightmare Fredbear, Phantom Puppet, Toy Freddy, and what appears to be Spring Bonnie (as seen in the 'mini game' scenes in FNAF 4) are now in the poster.

interestingly, Phantom puppet has endoskeleton teeth visible. Also Bonnie being blue from the beginning has been confirmed with the FNAF 1 Bonnie being updated to be a deep indigo. The eyeless one is still a rather dark violet color, however.

That's not eyeless Bonnie. It's Shadow/Purple Freddy as he appears in FNAF 2. :P

Also... That Spring Bonnie in the back... I find it interesting that it has green eyes. I guess it actually goes pretty nicely with Fredbear's blue eyes (assuming that is normal Fredbear to the left of Toy Bonnie). But... What's with the eyelashes?? Springtrap and Plushtrap don't have any eyelashes, like what the heck?? O_O
In the case of Toy Bonnie, the eyelashes kind made sense to me since he always had a sort of "Easter Bunny" vibe to him anyway. At least in my opinion. But... Spring Bonnie's eyelashes just came out of absolutely nowhere. :o

Anyway, as for Toy Freddy, I previously saw people online joking about how he was "lonely" and "left out" because he was the only Toy Animatronic to not become chibi yet. But, I guess that can finally stop now. XD

Withered Freddy's ready, and it kinda looks like the giant Golden Freddy head's different, but I'm not sure.
Un-Mangled Mangle is confirmed to have a hook. Nightmare Fredbear has a open abdomen, revealing the teeth in his belly.

Who else believes the last character to change will be Fnaf 1 Freddy?

Nah, the giant FNAF 2 Golden Freddy head seems to be the same. Speaking of which, do you think we'll get the slumped-over/full-body version of FNAF 2 Golden Freddy as well?

And yeah, it would make sense for the original FNAF 1 Freddy to be the last one.

all that's left is Freddy, Nightmare Chica, GF Head, Nightmare Foxy, and any other characters (such as a possible Purple guy!) Scott may add.

OH! Citrus, remember that strange message you saw? About Toy Chica missing her beak? That was actually intentional. Scott Cawthon was in a live chat with MatPat (Game Theory) and other youtubers such as 8-Bit Gaming, and that, along with other messages that appeared, were things that Scott was talking about in the stream! The stream and mass clicking to Scott's website caused it to shut down.
