Weird blue animal glitch

Something weird happened when i got on chao garden (SAB2). I was raising a dark run chao with shadow, but i was giving it sheep so it could swim better and fly better without affecting it to a different type. After a while its emotion ball was turning pink, and its spikes turned down like a flying dark should. I don't have much proof of this, but it is true. I changed it back to running so it would not be flying. I don't think this was a part of the game. I guess it was a glitch.

Sorry new added it to the chao help and support or is that ok

not a glitch.
if you give a chao animals/drives to raise a type, it will start to become that type.
Types run on a slider in the games, run and fly are a slider, as well as swim and power. It's usually shown as a + style, with the middle being a basic n/n/n chao.
The swim will not effect a run chao much, but the fly will become much more evident. Give it some power animals and the fly will go away.
power will take away fly appearance
fly will take away run appearance
swim will take away power appearance
and run will take away swim appearance
I may be wrong, as I'm not one who plays with chao anymore. ^^'

the home says swim affects fly and vice versa and run affects power and vice versa. i said blue animal which does not affect any stat type.

ok. my apologies then. as I said, it's been 2-3 years since I messed with chao. Maybe Mamkute or another chao researcher can help?

it may be tommorrow afternoon, as that is when most users are active. don't worry, most, if not all chao questions get answered at a relatively quick time. There are just time differences, and a need of sleep. ^^'

You guys are correct on how the sliders work, and the four stat-colors work. However, Orange, Blue, and Black group animals, instead of having no effect as you assumed, contribute randomly each time they are given to one stat slider. So, likely after plenty being given the chao would remain at "None," but it is far from guaranteed. You just had a case of their random slider contribution giving a noticeable effect.
