So I'm not sure how much of this game I remember anymore, but after we open this door that's apparently supposed to be opened with Zelda's lullaby, which can or can't be opened without Verne's help, whatever that decision will be, and after that there's Darunia who requires Saria's song... And you will first learn Saria's song before getting Verne I'm guessing so shouldn't you get on with that instead of messing around until Oranoas finally gets to leave?

Thank you for sharing your opinion about other RPs in an RP discussion focused at one RP instead of answering my question about the damn story.

It's Max's turn to post now.

I honestly think we're not that far from getting Verne now.

Well, Oranoas first needs to be send away, from what I assume, the reason he insults them for ruffians. Or he just leaves himself, but I doubt that, since he eventually gets back and can stay because he took Verne with him. After he leaves he has to learn the song, then Verne needs to lead him out.

EDIT: Come to think of it, I think William could just do that all in one post, really. No one else is RPing around him, unless someone else plays Saria.

The whole ruffian accusation thing is just to add on the annoyance of Oranoas. It's not the specific causation. The causation is that he's overall annoying and slowing the team down. Really soon, Steel suggests to "Split up" later, and tells Oranoas to go into the tunnel playing the strange music. Him secretly being a Kokiri, he'll know that the tunnel leads to the Lost Woods, and surely get him lost.

Oh, I see. So Steel ditches him by misleading him and he eventually gets out with the help of Verne, so they decide to keep him anyway?

Considering he brings back a highly skilled guard loyal to the royal family, he kind of earns it. Haha.

Axl has a violin in his room in Zora's Domain. Unfortunately due to family things he refuses to go back there unless absolutely mandatory.

Well, I think everyone should get their character in the spotlight during the RP, primarily being the adult era.

Forest Temple: Shrubby/Steel (Steel only until the forest temple)
Fire Temple: Oranoas
Water Temple: Axl
Shadow Temple: Verne? (Bonus points could be that only he can hear the voices that appear in the game as textboxes in certain rooms.)

Let's have some side-story during the RP too. Maybe an intermission when we pull the master sword?

Isn't Verne covering the Spirit Temple?

By process of elimination that would leave either Steel or Shrubby with the Shadow Temple.

Also yeah I like the intermission idea.

Steel has spotlight from first entering the forest up until the forest temple, because he runs ahead and gets trapped in the elevator between floors for the majority of the dungeon. I guess Shrubby would have the spotlight around before/and/or/after the phantom ganon fight.

For the intermission, I suggest something regarding the events that occur in the time the team are sealed. Ganondorf's taking over of Hyrule is a must, aswell as some sort of scenes regarding the corruption of the various areas. (Monsters in the forest, kidnapping of the gorons, draining lake hylia, Ingo taking over the ranch etc.)

All right.

But then what would we do for the shadow and spirit temples? We can't just let have Verne have two spotlights.

The Spirit Temple could easily be spotlight for all characters, I guess.
The only shadow temple thing I can think of is fears or something.

Either that, or another non-team character.

I've actually already got a plan for Axl in the shadow temple.

Remember the whole parasitic Dark Axl thing?

God, that was forever ago, back in the old RP. e_e

Also, the way you make it sound, JmT, intermission would take WAY too long.

Huh?

I'd find it more fitting that Verne has his spotlight in the Shadow Temple, him most likely getting the Sheikah item that you need for the majority of that dungeon, him being very mysterious and stuff more than anyone about most things at all to the point of hiding his face in the shadow of his hoodie.

Can we also first actually REACH the third temple first before we make too many future plans? I like planning ahead, but if we end up with piles of plans for a future we might never reach like before, it'd feel like we did it for nothing.

Yeah, a wall of text for ganondorf taking of hyrule and one post for each area of the map getting corrupted sounds horribly lengthy.
