(Liina...your character sounds like like Flandre Scarlet, the girl in my avi. Same age (except Flandre looks like she's 10), she also came from a powerful family (just her sister is known, but still very powerful) with a mansion. your character's hair color is Scarlet, and her last name has 'Kyuu'. Kyuu is what she calls her destructive ability where she crushes what she wants by destroying the 'eye' of the object. Was this intentional or somehow on bizarre accident? And yes, both are vampires)
Kurai sighed, walking into the classroom. She was new to the school, and very shy. She quickly sat down in the desk closest to the exit.

Keaton gave Charlie an awkward glance."Ok..."

Jamie walked into the class and sat in the back seats

"Cool. And you are...?" Billy asked, looking at Charlie. He had heard what he had said about him being "trouble," but chose to ignore it. It was better to just disprove him through his actions.

"My name is Charlie, Keaton's best friend."

Keaton whispered to Charlie."Im honestly worried more about the girl next to me."He quickly indicated Saki with his head.

Charlie blushes "Atleast you don't like the girl next to you." He pointed at Anne.

"I might just rather..."Keaton muttered.

Billy realized they were busy talking to each other. He looked around the classroom and saw Jamie. He smiled at her, and his cheeks went a bit red.

Jamie saw Billy and blushed. She quickly looked away.

((lol you got me, I am a HUGE fan of Touhou particularly the Embodiment of Scarlet Devil, I know who Flandre and Remilia are, fun fact 'Kyuuketsuki' means vampire in Japanese))

Saki watched everything while still holding up her parasol "oh brother..these are my fellow classmates..?"

The maid next to her did a curtesy "yes my lady..p-please try to get along.."

Saki scoffed "I'm not entirely sure that's possible.." She sighed "regardless could you bring me some tea?" She looked into the maids eyes

The maid blushed "y-yes my lady.." She scurried off to get the tea

The bell rang once more indicating all students should now be in class.

Mr.Snider came into the room.He was a tall man with short grey hair and eyebrows that come up at the end."Good morning class.I am Mr.Snider your homeroom and science teacher."

Saki was sat there, she had an uninterested look on her face and her maid suddenly scurried I. Carrying a tray of tea things, she set them down on Saki's table and began preparing the tea

Saki actually showed a pleasant expression on her face after she had been given the tea and began sipping it

Anne noticed Keaton and Charlie and winked to them, giggling. She knew she was pretty, and decided to try and use that.

Saki saw Anne trying to use beauty to seduce the boys "oh brother... Why are you resorting to such unsightly behaviour?"

All of her maids looked a little worried upon hearing this as they knew what Saki was like, and also a few of them used similar techniques to a certain degree

Keaton saw the wink and thought about Charlie.He wondered how he would react considering he apparently likes her.Keaton himself though was unaffected.

Saki sipped her tea and obviously wasn't interested in what the teacher was saying at all, she sighed "this class is such a bore..I can't help but feel tired.." The maids silently nodded along, one of them approached Keaton and did a curtesy "excuse me sir..but could you visit our mistress after class..? She doesn't know about it but we are trying to encourage her to be..well...friendly.."

Billy started doodling a picture. He drew a T-Rex smashing through Manhattan. He was paying attention to the teacher, though. Nobody ever believed him, but he WAS a good multitasker.

Kurai blinked. "Um..sir...why are there maids in the classroom?"

Keaton blinked."Um...sure thing."

Saki looked at Kurai "they are here because they are my staff and I requested they be here, does it bother you? Because if so the...heh..well I don't really care..I'm rich and I can do pretty much what I want..but if you were to become my personal assistant then maybe I would consider lending you a few" she grinned

The maid did a curtesy "thank you sir, Keaton is it?" She trotted back to Saki

"...I just find it very...snobby...If you don't mind me using the term...A-and you're not the the only rich kid here, you know...." Kurai flinched, not sure how Saki would take it.
(Kurai's orginial character is vampiric in nature, and slightly based on Remilia.And if I"m right, Kurai is supposed to mean Darkness in Japanese.)
