Insane man (continue what happens next)

Basically, continue what the other guy wrote with something.. insane, or just overall crazy.
This all has to relate to "INSANE MAN", a man of this thread who challenges realism itself.
Basically, it'll go on in this manner:
"insane man does something"
"something happens to him"
"he dies"
"he gets reborn and jumps to the moon"
"he doubledies"
"insane man eats raw spoons in death"
Ya should get the idea :P Also, try to keep up some consistancy with it all, atleast to the previous post. Lemme start:
