If a dead person becoming partially alive is considered "undead", would an alive person becoming partially dead be considered "unalive"?

Re: Retro's question of pondering to ponder about pondering.
I'm sure there are cases were closing one's ears would be beneficial(such as when swimming or showering for those prone to ear infections). Nose closing as well. We can mostly shut off two of our senses by shutting off access to the receptors, so it makes you wonder why we can't do the same for the other two senses with rather limited exposure of the receptors.
Also, why is touch such an underrated sense when we have touch receptors covering nearly our entire body, outnumbering the other four major senses combined by at least an order of magnitude? Seriously, not only do sighted people, on average, seem to be dependant on sight to the point I'd accuse them of having a light addiction, but most seem to have such a poorly trained sense of touch that I wonder if numbness is a far more prevalent disability than blindness and deafness combined with most sufferers not even aware of it.
Sorry if that crossed the line a bit too much from arguably silly questions to arguably half-serious social commentary from someone with an unusual perspective.

Also we probably rely on sight so much because sight is probably the second most useful sense in one's body. Without it, we literally couldn't comprehend the world around us. So many things are based completely around sight, like books, movies/tv/video games/etc, computers, whereas comparatively very few things rely on other sense. There's music, ambience, spoken word, radio plays, podcasts, et cetera for sound, food for taste, and smells i guess? maybe those weird-ass 4d movies in Universal Studios that let you smell when shrek farts or whatever? for smell.

Electric is super effective against Flying, Flying is super effective against Ground, and Ground is super effective against Electric. Flying is immune to Ground, and Ground is immune to Electric. Why is Electric not immune to Flying?
And why the **** is Electric not super effective against Ground and Flying not super effective against Electric? Electricity specifically goes towards the ground, and ignores most things that wouldn't lead it towards the ground.

Re: Retro's question of pondering to ponder about pondering.
Because ground conducts and absorbs electricity and flying things are what electricity are magnetized towards the most, hence why things that are really tall are considered very dangerous to be on in thunderstorms? You know, simply electricity things?
