Alphabet of _____

So, fairly simple concept. Someone picks a category, then lists something in that category starting with the letter A, the next person names something in that category starting with B, and so on. After we reach Z, the next person chooses a new category and names something in that category starting with A.

For example:
The Alphabet of Fruit might start something like:
A is for Apples
B is for Bananas
C is for Cantaloupe

and the alphabet of animals start something like:
A is for Aardvark
B is for Bear
C is for Cheetah.

I'll start us off by choosing gemstones as our first category.

A is for Amethyst.
