Lost Hope (poem)

Shadowed upon itself.
Where darkness lies.
Where hope hides.
In a selfless disguise.

Light is trapped.
It can never escape.
Trapped forever.
Its already too late.

Nothing can save it.
Nothing at all.
Face it, its over.
Darkness wins over all.

Hope lost its bravery.
We can't get around the bend.
Were stuck here forever.
In a hole with no end.




Courage


Surrounded by darkness.
A light would be nice.
Its the end of the tunnel.
The one covered with ice.

The light shines brighter then the sun.
Even though its so small.
Size doesn't matter.
It doesn't matter at all.

That's my hope.
At the end of the tunnel, the light.
My hopes trapped in a bottle.
It will explode? it might.

I've escaped my dark misery.
The one that left me trapped.
Because my courage saved me.
The tension, has snapped.

I feel calm and relaxed.
The tensions reached the end.
I have finally made it around the bend.
Along the way, i found a true friend.
Courage.
