Pebbles had stayed in the cave throughout this whole thing. He was too stunned to move. Suddenly, as his senses returned to him. He swung a hammer at Dark Xale, hoping to distract him from Destiny

Jillian put drift down but stayed in the air. "That's not too bad of an idea."

((Well, he already got destiny, but its not god modding. As far as i can tell from what you put anyways.~))

Destiny, who managed to move out of the way of Pebbles's swing, looked over at him, glaring.

Xale just jumped back and retreated to the darkness of his cave. "Get him outta here!" He called back to the two, now corrupt, chao.

Though she seemed hesitant, Destiny grabbed Pebbles by the arm, and with her other paw, she shot a burst of fire at the ice that covered the enterance. Once a hole melted open, she tossed him out, and then she quickly fixed the hole with some ice powers of her own. "And stay away from us if you care about your own life!" She shouted at him from the other side.

"Hey, what's with the fire?!" Char called from outside the cave.

"We need to come up with a plan to save Destiny." Marie decided firmly. "Leaf, Drift, Luna--all of you, come here. We need to figure our a way to cure them!"

Pebbles bounced on his buttocks a little before he came to the edge of the cliff. He started to lean towards the edge, windmilling his arms. He fell, hitting the side of the cliff to slow down his velocity. He landed with a crash on top of the roof of the hut the group was nearest to, smashing it. "Present..." He moaned.

Leaf pondered. "Do the evil chao have any weaknesses?" She looked at the others.

Bio: From a different dimension, Electro was warped over to this dimension and discovered much of Zero's world.
Other: Electric prowess; weakness to Earth-based attacks. Phoenix crest and wings, Cheetah ears and arms.

Luna shook her head. "None that I know of, unfortunately. All we have to go on now is that they corrupt through eye contact..."

Drift sat up and rubbed his head. "Maybe we could shine lasers in their eyes? That would be awesome..."

Zero and Electro were in the cave, near Luna, Drift, and the group. Zero already knew of the Corruption, and was attempting to steer clear of it; he didn't want to get killed once more.

So, upon hearing Luna's voice, Zero lifted his head and looked straight on. Looking around, he let out a tiny noise in his delighted surprise, and charged straight for her.

Cyrus looked at Zero and grinned."Not so fast pal."He said flying after him.

(( Loud, Luna and the others are back in the village, away from the cave... .3. ))

Destiny looked over at Cyrus and shook her head. "Bwah, forget them now. We need to think of a plan that could work..."

Xale nodded. "Precisely, darling."

Strike emerged from the shadows, a bruise on his face from the beating he took from the group before. "Right, these chao are different from the others. They aren't cowards..."

"Uh, Luna. You can mind comunicate, right? I can do some simple telepathy. Luna or me could hide in the top of the cave, and he rest of us could be blindfolded, and whenever they attacked Luna would tell them "Behind you" or "He's charging at your back.", using telepathy so they don't figure out where she is by voice.

((I HAVE to talk to another human being. I've been with my deaf grandma, who only speaks sign-language, for about 15 hours now... I'm losing my grip on reality...))

Marie pounded her left law with her right fist. "Then we need to find one!" She was determined--there was no stopping her now. "Let's gather up what we know. We can't look into its eyes, can we? Because of a corrupting evil inside them. So..." she began scribbling notes in her book. "If we were to blindfold him in some way, then when could put off his power for a few moments, perhaps enough time to come up with a plan." She inhaled. "But to get to him, we need to get past them, but we must remember not to kill them. Everybody think! Who has enough elements to match Destiny and the others?" She racked her brain, heating up from trying.

"Uh, I can turn into a giant robot." He ventured.

Marie shrugged. "That's good, but not good enough." She paced speedily, her temperature jumping as she strained herself for an idea. Her face contorted with worry and stress; she felt the whole thing had been her fault. She shouldn't have left Destiny. Gnawing her bottom lip, she placed her paws on her head, wildly searching the back of her mind for a solution. Come on! Put two and two together! What beats Darkness? Light! But what beats evil, corrupting eyes??

Suddenly, something clicked in Pebbles' mind. For once He knew what to do.

"I know a quote from Martin Luther Chao Jr.
'Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.'

We have to teach Destiny and Cyrus and Xale what it means to love again. We have to kill 'em with kindness, so to speak. We have to perform some act of true love." He glanced at Luna "If only Zero were here..."

Luna nodded, agreeing with everything Marie and Pebbles said. She figured all these tactics, or at least one of them, would work against the corrupt chao. "Perhaps combining the blindfold tactic with the, "Pure love" tactic would be our best bet..." She thought aloud, smiling. "Anyone else have any suggestions?"

Drift just rubbed his head and grunted.
