Chao RP: The Palaces of the Elements

[Jack Augustine]

"That sounds like something I could aid with, Arizona. My name is Electro." he told Arizona clearly. To Stella, he said in a lower voice, "We'll talk a bit later."

Kyro knocked on the door."YOOHOO!I heard all of it!And Kyro's here to lend a hand!" He announced through the door hoping someone he knew would answer.

She raised an eyebrow to the other chao's response, but kept silent; mulling the details of the venture over in her head. After taking a second, Stella followed up to Electro's statement, saying "Yeah, I'd be happy to lend a hand, too." Right as she ended talking, the chao outside banged on the door, announcing his presence. The shiny blue one looked around at everyone else, then came to the decision of opening it for him. Swiftly, she walked over, abit cautiously due to how packed the house was, and opened it for the outsider; not really knowing what to say.

Kyro stood there until stella opened the door for him."Thank you very much."He told Stella, nodding his head."Its nit too crowded for me to come in, Yes?"He asked, a sly, joking look in his eyes.

"Eh, you can say that." Remembering what the guy said earlier, she added, "Since you seemed to overhear the plan, I take it you're an explorer too?" For some reason, she felt kind of odd about him; due to his eccentrics.

Electro looked at Arizona, thinking about telling him about his electric capabilities, then decided to keep it quiet. Nobody needed to know.

Instead, he asked, "How old is this legend, exactly? I want to get a sense of scale here."

Kyro was about to answer straight up yes, but then paused to consider what he truely was."Um...Not an explorer per say, but i'm one of the time heroes, is that enough?"He asked.

Now Stella was alittle confused. "Ah... A Time Hero? Is that some kind of title for an exploration team or something? I can't say I've ever heard of such a thing before..." She asked, genuinely unknowing.

[Jack Augustine]

"I can explain that," Electro said. "Time Heroes are best known for stopping Chaos from destroying time and space, multiple times. The main group includes Destiny, Luna, Char, Zero, Snowy, and Kyro, and more joined in after."

[Ciao]

After checking his files for an answer, Arizona replied to Kyle. "No one knows for sure how old they are, son," Al said to Electro. "But I can assure you that your grandparents told it to your parents, and your grandparents' parents told it to them, and your great great grandparents told it to your great grandparents, so on and so forth. It's been told in many different ways, many different forms by many people, and in many time periods.. I guess we might get to see which one's true today, eh?" He chuckled himself.

Kyle looked around the group. He was kind of excited, especially to see the water temple, but also nervous and suspicious. He turned to Zoey and asked "Are you sure we can trust him? I mean, it's just a... map, right...? Anyone could have made it!"

"Once everyone is ready to go," said Jones, "we can start looking." He turned back to his desk and opened some drawers, recovering some of his old gear while all of the other Chao spoke amongst themselves.

Kyro chuckled."basically, The time heroes are just a group of chao who saved the timeline of our world from Chaos. But," He continued stretching his paws."The time heroes lately has just been a glorified title for us, like a free pass to fame." He smiled."We usually stumble across each other again finding ourselves on wacky adventures."

"No, they didn't..." Electro was reluctant to reveal his secret, his origin. Not now.

To the mention of Chaos, Stella's eyes widened. "Chaos, as in, our guardian?" In her very first official journey, she and her friends had met Chaos itself a few times. She remembered attacking it without even a second's thought in defense after it attacked her friends, but one of her other companions taught her a valuable lesson to be less bull headed to such a creature of high authority after the fact; since no matter what the thing did, it still took care and watched over them. Knowing this, she wondered if they had made the same mistake as she had. She focused so much on thoughts like these that she barely registered what else was said.

[Froze, can we Game Chat and battle a little bit? Half hour.]

((Kinda can't, since my dad doesn't want me to play games really late at night; it gets me hyper and stuff and I can't sleep well at all after that))

[How about tomorrow, then? But I really need a shiny female Umbreon... I mean seriously...]

((Sure, but early afternoon though. I'll look for the Umbreon, since I don't have one at the moment. Did you ask Kantu for one?))

Zoey was taken back a bit by Kyle's sudden address towards her, but quickly regained herself. "I agree, it's not much to go off of. He seems trustworthy himself, but..." She trailed off. In a matter of seconds Zoey looked to the Neutral Swim chao and, whether she meant to or not, cast him an admiring glance. "I'm Zoey. You are?" She was smiling.

"Huh, oh!" Manners, Kyle. Remember your manners.

"KYLE," he blurted. "Uh... my name's Kyle." He stuck his paw out to shake hands, but put it a bit too far forward and put his hand right in front of her face. "Um, Heh... sorry about that." He blushed, and then properly stuck his paw out. "You are?"

[Jack Augustine]

"Hm..." Electro murmured. He was about ready to get moving, he wasn't the most patient guy around. Came with the evolution. But he remained steadfast, moving with the flow.

Arizona noticed Electro tapping his foot impatiently. "Ahh, I see our friend here is pretty eager to go." He chuckled again, looking around the room. "How's everyone else doing? Ready to get rolling?"

Kyle turned away from Zoey for a moment and raised his hand "ME! I'M READY!"

[Jack Augustine]

"I'm not just impatient, I'm ready to go. I want to see if the legends of this dimension are true!" Realizing too late what he said, he sparked. "Uhhh..."

"I'm with Sparky, let's get going!" Speeps said.
