Notifications

I would like to suggest a notification feature to be implemented on the Chao Island boards. The basic idea is to have a "notifications" link on the bar below the banner, which drops down a list of people who have quoted you or mentioned your name in a forum message. If you click the name of the person, it will direct you to the post in which they mentioned/quoted you. I think this would make browsing Chao Island much easier by alerting you if someone has responded to you instead of having to scouring the forums.

Please feel free to let me know whether this is a terrible or good idea, has already been suggested, or is for whatever reason unimplementable.

No look, Crazo, people are way too lazy to do that, we need to put other people to hard work so the little amount of people who seriously care about this have an easier time :D
