Here's how to make a VERY ugly chao.

Step 1: Obtain a twotone Blue Chao
Step 2: Make it a N/P/N
Step 3: Cry at how ugly it is.

Hmm. The colors don't clash as far as I can tell except for maybe the wings against the blue. In my opinion, it's not one of the more appealing Chao you can make, but it's not ugly. It does use about four different colors, though (brown, blue, green/dark yellow?, orange-red), and the bright blue against the dull brown is kind of jarring.
But yeah, to each their own.

I really like it, actually. I like the contrast of the blue against the browny base colour. It sort of make it look neon-ish. I think it would look super cute if it were a N/P/F, and was given a ghost. :3

N/S/P are the best chao. Citrus is just hatin' on fat chao again.
Anyways, it does look neon-ish, and no chao is ugly. THEY ARE ADORABLE.

I dunno, I kind of like the combination of colors. Very subtle but still rather eye popping, especially on the blues. The colors do not clash at all and look very good together.
