What was your reaction when your Chao died?

A few years ago, my chao Crystal began to die. I cried like crazy in bed for a while. But I understandwhy now because I was a bad owner I would always wake it up. HAPPY ENDING! I left the garden and never went back so she'd stay alive, and one day I had an idea! I ran in picked her up (she was sleeping) and put her in Sonic Advance (for GBA)! Now she still lives today!

When my first Chao (a total fav that I brought back), Dash died, I cried so badly that I said remembering my old cat said "This is worse than Ozzie!"

When my first chao started to die I ran out of the room and back in wildly trying to pet it to make it reincarnate. I did this for hours, running out of the room and back in trying to find the chao before it entered the grey cocoon so I could reverse it. It took me about 3 hours of failing at this to realize that I have a clone of this chao in the other garden >_> (I still saved the original from dying after another hour or so.)

same except mine was pink. i kept trying to put him in school. but it eventually came.

I was screaming, "WHAT!?!? WHAT!?!?" when my favorite Chao, Soul, a Silver Chao, died. One day later, Heart, a Gold Chao, died. I then actually took care of Sylvia and Nick, Soul and Heart's children.

Haha Sylvia, my gold and silver Chao are named Heart and Soul as well! Pokemon ftw :)
My Ruby Chao is also named May and my boyfriends Sapphire Chao is named Brendan.

Guess what? I brought Crystal back in sa2b, and pet her till she reincarnated!

Well actually-none of my chao have died yet,and I have been playing since I was 8-they have only been in pink cacoons..I guess i'm just lucky.

when my old favorite chao Lemon died i was devistated. I cried my eyes out that day. She was the best chao i ever had and i would give anything to have her back. I heard a rumor that when you get chaos garden you can see the ghosts of dead chao flying around the garden. I wish that was true.

None of my chao have died.

...yet. I assume that one of my chao will die eventually. Which sucks. I think I take good care of them. (even though I have like all 8 chao in my garden. My friend and I share the gardens: I get the neutral garden, and she gets the hero garden.)

My Chaoes didn't die in a Grey Cocoon, but... my memory card got erased once.

I didn't really care about this since I didn't have any interesting Chao on it.
The only Chao I remember was Melody, which survived the Memory Card Erasement due to the fact she was in the Sonic Pinball Party TCG.

I've never had a Chao die before. However, one almost died. I did not abuse him, I just didn't notice that he was hungry. However, I was able to save him, thanks to the pool being a Chao spawning spot. :)

If one did die, though, I would be really upset. I would most likely reset the game so that the Chao's death was not saved. Then I would try to rescue it like I did with the Chao that almost starved to death, mentioned above.

I've never had a chao die.

One of my brother's chao died and we both pretty much shrugged it off.

I've played games where your digital pets can grow old and die. Digital pet death doesn't phase me.

I've ever had a chao die on me but I was so mad when my first chao angel reincarnated. I lost EVERYTHING. Then I lost all my chao data once, I was crying my eyeballs out. If tht happened to me now I'd break the tv...
